First you need a car. I will discuss the best types of cars in another section.
Second you need a tray. Plastic preferable but you decide according to the best trays section.
Then you hold onto the car in a position that is easy to get out of if a situation occurs. I prefer the passenger side window as its easy to just hold yourself up if you lose your tray. I suggest placing your armpit on the window (open) and standing on the tray. If the tray comes out from underneath you then you can just hang onto the open window by lifting your feet off the ground and placing all your weight on your arm.
Be careful cause if you fall the injuries can be deadly!!!
When done right it can be really fun!!
OH YEAH!!! watch out for these party poopers as I don't think this is legal.
